Henrietta, N.Y. -- The Seneca Nation of Indians says it will not attend a town board meeting tonight to discuss a proposed casino in Henrietta.
Town Supervisor Jack Moore recently announced his opposition to idea.
The Senecas did purchased 32 acres of land on Clay Road as a potential development site. They said they will reevaluate plans and comment further after any action is taken.
The meeting is scheduled for 7 p.m. at the Henrietta Town Hall.
