It's back to court for the NY SAFE ACT...New York's controversial gun control law.
The New York Rifle and Pistol Association, Assemblyman Bill Nojay and others filed notice today that they'll appeal a Buffalo judge's decision upholding most of the act, including outlawing certain rifles considered assault weapons.
Meanwhile thehe State Attorney General said he's also appealing that ruling. Only Eric Schneiderman is suing to reinstate New York's new ban on loading more than seven rounds in a semi-automatic weapon. The judge's decision overturned that part of the law.
