Posted Thursday, March 6th 2014 @ 5am

Palmyra N.Y.- Wayne County Sheriff's Deputies have arrested a former company security guard saying that he threatened to bomb Garlocks in Palmyra.

Deputies say 42-year-old Donald Mosher of Manchester called the factory Saturday night and threatened to blow up the sealing and packing plant.

As a result, employees were evacuated and bomb sniffing dogs were brought in, but nothing was found. Mosher is then alleged to have made another threat yesterday.

He is charged with making a false report
