Rochester, N.Y. -- The woman convicted of lying on form to buy guns used in the2012 Christmas Eve ambush in Webster is scheduled to be sentenced Monday.
Dawn Nguyen facing up to four years in prison for falsifying business records to buy guns for ex-convict William Spengler.
He set fire to his Lake Road home Dec. 24, 2012 and opened fire on first responders from the West Webster Fire Department when the arrived on scene.
Two firefighters were killed, and two others were injured.
Nguyen will also face Federal charges.
