Rochester N.Y.- Taking note of the concerns raised by hundreds of neighbors and business owners in Charlotte, some changes will be made to the plans for the development at the Port of Rochester.

Representatives of Edgemere Development and Rochester Mayor Lovely Warren started the meeting with an apology to the residents for how the project was rolled out. Both said they will take another look at the plan working with the residents to try to marry what residents want and also what is in the city's best interest.

The biggest concern voiced last night was over whether or not the project would include low-income housing. Both the developers and Mayor Warren said there would not be low-income housing included in the development.

The developer will be back in town May 23rd.
