Rochester N.Y.- Day two in the trial of Dawn Nguyen brought testimony from a Verizon Wireless employee.

That employee said text messages were sent from her cell phone the day of the Christmas Eve rampage in West Webster linking her to the shooter. Prosecutors say she sent a series of messages to a third party after waking up and hearing about William Spengler's ambush -- and realizing her former neighbor was the shooter.

The defense tried to show the phone records didn't prove that it was Nguyen sending the texts.

Nguyen is accused buying  the guns for Spengler which he then used in the ambush.

He killed his sister, set fire to his house and then shot and killed  two firefighters and injured three other emergency responders.

He turned then killed himself after a shootout with police.
