Two Rochester men were the victims of knifepoint robberies overnight
A 24-year-old city man is recovering at Rochester General Hospital after being stabbed early this morning by three people who confronted him on Bernard Street and robbed him. He was stabbed when he tried to get away.
Police say the second victim was robbed across town on the West Side late last night by two men who assaulted him and slashed him in the mid section before stealing his property.
Police say the 43-year-old victim told them he was walking down Smith Street when he was attacked. He was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital for treatment.
