Lady Gaga is reportedly teaming up with the Muppets for an upcoming holiday special.
According to "E! News," the pop star recently teamed up with the famed puppets to shoot the television event. The site reports that filming took place at Convent of the Sacred Heart in New York City, the grade school that Gaga herself attended as a girl.
She supposedly performed "White Christmas" and Nat King Cole's "Orange Colored Sky" with the Muppets, as well as many of her own hits.
Gaga has been a fan of the Muppets for years. Early in her career, she wore a dress made of stuffed Kermit the Frog toys as a statement against fur. In 2009, Kermit hit the red carpet with Gaga as her date for the MTV Video Music Awards. The animation company formed by "Muppets" creator Jim Henson was even a partner in her stage looks for her 2010 "Monster Ball" tour.
The TV special is rumored to be airing on ABC at the end of the year.
