Taylor Swift is facing a hefty lawsuit by the owner of another "Lucky 13" clothing line.

A man by the name of Robert Kloetzly, whose company is also ironically called "Lucky 13," is claiming that the country-pop star is confusing consumers with her same-name brand.

The suit goes on to claim that Swift is stealing away customers from his business, and collecting profits that he could be making with his own company.

It also makes a claim that Swift's music video "I Knew You Were Trouble," showcases clothing that WOULD be produced by HIS company on the guys she's surrounded by. (Their logo includes a skull-themed, rebel design, which you can see in the video below)

If Swift loses this case, she could be in for a very heavy fine. However, I'm not putting any money on the other guy winning, when Swift has been so popular in the music industry. Not to forget that she'd probably be able to settle without a financial fear.
