I was honored to be asked to do a cooking demonstration at The Finger Lakes Riesling Festival in Canandaigua over the weekend at The New York Wine & Culinary Center.
I, of course, made sauce. I showed how to make my sauce from scratch using ingredients I got fresh from The Rochester Public Market.
I think I nailed it? I mean, I'm no professional chef so I felt pretty nervous up there but I was told at the end of each one (I did 2) that I did well.
