Joe Budden and others have been added to a list of potential witnesses in Megan Thee Stallion's defamation trial.

According to a report Complex published on Sunday, September 7, the podcast host and Kylie Jenner may be called upon by blogger Milagro Gramz's defense attorneys during her upcoming trial against the Houston native. Gramz, born Milagro Elizabeth Cooper, is accused of spreading false stories about Meg during Tory Lanez's criminal trial in 2022. The "Whenever" rapper said she filed the civil lawsuit in an effort to hold online platforms accountable for purposely targeting women.

“It’s time to hold bloggers accountable for years of harassment, cyberbullying, and the publication of misinformation about my personal and professional life,” Meg said in a statement earlier this year. "I’ve endured countless attacks on my character based on false narratives from social media bloggers misrepresenting themselves as journalists. It’s unacceptable behavior and these individuals need to understand there will be repercussions for recklessly posting lies and defamatory falsehoods.”

It's not clear why Budden is being looped into the trial. The rapper-turned-podcaster previously commented on the case and shared his opinions about Lanez's verdict. Meanwhile, Kylie Jenner hosted the party Megan, Lanez, and Kelsey Harris went to in 2020 before they got into an argument that led to the infamous shooting. In addition, Gramz's team also included the "Say It" singer, his father Sonstar Peterson, Meg's former label boss Carl Crawford, and blogger Jason Lee.

Megan Thee Stallion and Milagro Gramz's trial is scheduled to begin on November 17.
