Lana Del Rey is setting the record straight.

The Ultraviolence artist hit back at rumors that she has had plastic surgery to change up her appearance, responding to comments under an Instagram user's post on Tuesday (September 23), per People. The clap back began when the user reflected on Del Rey's 2008 EP Kill Kill, writing, "lizzy grant u will never be forgotten," referring to the name Del Rey used when she released the project.

The singer, whose real name is Elizabeth Grant, rejected the idea that her previous persona is in the past, responding, "Ugh she never went anywhere, no more of that."

After the interaction was reshared on a fan account page, another commenter weighed in on Del Rey's looks, stating, "Her natural nose was so perf 🥹." Again, the "Video Games" singer shut down the comment and addressed the misconception that she has had a full nose job.

"Still never even been under the knife or anesthesia in my life for the 15th year in a row!!" she replied, revealing that she instead has received filler in the past "to build of the bridge of [her] nose [so] it looks tall [with] no bump." She noted that the procedure itself takes less than 10 minutes.

According to People, what Del Rey described is known as a nonsurgical rhinoplasty, or a "liquid nose job," which uses dermal fillers to alter the shape of the nose. Instead of a permanent change that one would get with a surgical rhinoplasty, the procedure is temporary and can last around six months.

Del Rey is the latest celebrity to get real about which cosmetics procedures she has had throughout her life. In July, Khloe Kardashian broke down a detailed "list of things that I have [had] done" while earlier this year, Meghan Trainor shared the results of her latest experience going under the knife.
