Marc Schulz has it in him.  Marc LOVES the service industry.  And he knew as far back as the year 2001 that one day he wanted to open a pub and brewery.  

For years, Marc worked at breweries or for beer companies and distributors and learned the business and every aspect of it.  That original idea back in 2001 always stuck with him and when the craft beer boom hit a few years ago, he knew the time was right.  

But it wasn't easy, and his story is full of twists and turns that include changing buildings at the absolute last minute.Prison City made it on the national map when they were voted #1 out of nearly 250 craft IPAs during a major competition in 2016.  

To this day, when they release that beer, they get a long line outside of their brewery on release days.

Also, we'll talk to Michael Bozza.  Michael resurrected his parents' pasta company and has taken Rochester by storm.
