Luke Bryan knew that signing onto the American Idol reboot as a judge would require a lot of work, but the singer tells On Air With Ryan Seacrest itâs been the most rewarding job yet.
âItâs like the most exciting, rewarding job in the world ⊠watching the American dream unfold in front of your eyes and being some what of a facilitator and a guide and be able to offer up little suggestions to these immensely talented people â itâs a daggone blast!â Luke shared when he called into OAWRS on Thursday, December 7. âYou know its going to be a lot of work ⊠but Iâve loved every second of it.â
One aspect of the show that Luke appreciates most is that you donât have to win American Idol to become a star.
âIâm really proud of us because we truly are focused on one goal and we want to find several American Idols,â he added. âThatâs the best thing about Idol. No. 1 doesnât mean thatâs going to necessarily be the American Idol in five years. When you get the opportunity to be in the top 5, youâre putting yourself in a unique situation.â
