Kristin Cavallari Hilariously Details Jay Cutler Unclogging Her Milk Ducts

You gotta do what you gotta do! Kristin Cavallari stopped by On Air With Ryan Seacrest on Thursday, April 18, after making headline news for revealing that husband Jay Cutler once helped relieve her clogged milk ducts.

ICYMI, in her E! reality show, Very Cavallari, Kristin told friends at a dinner party that she once had "major clogged ducts" and that the former Chicago Bears quarterback "had to get them out” for her.

"This is all true,” Kristin told Ryan on-air. “Unless you’ve breastfed and have had clogged milk ducts, you can’t judge, I’m just going to say that.”

The former MTV star, who is mom to kids Camden, 6, Jaxon, 4, and Saylor, 3, explained that she was in dire need of help while on vacation.

“When I stopped breastfeeding my daughter Saylor, we went on a trip about a week later and I didn’t have a breast pump with me and I didn’t have a baby and my milk hadn’t completely dried up,” Kristin explained. “… And it’s extremely painful, like, they can get infected and you have to get on antibiotics and its a whole thing and so Jay actually had the bright idea to be a team player and help me get the milk out.”

Online controversy aside, the Uncommon James jewelry designer shared that she’s run into fellow moms since who have done the same.

“I’ve had so many people come up to me and tell me that they’ve done the same thing,” she added. “Times are tough, man! You have to do what you have to do!”
